Locate API 1.83

Adding an existing user to another organization now works when the user already has a Luna account in a different organization.

BLE beacon anchors: Trackers now show BLE beacon anchor as a location method, include its diagnostic columns, and support configuring beacon anchors.
Map search filtering for Sites: Search filters the Sites map view.
Direct rotation entry: Rotation can now be set by typing degrees into the rotation field.

Tracker exports match the console: CSV exports now include the tracker fields that appear in the console.
Multi-step search and select flow: Selecting items after changing search terms no longer breaks the flow.
Content Security Policy header on the console: The console now sends a Content Security Policy header.
Protection against path traversal in file paths: User-controlled file paths are now constrained to prevent writing or reading outside the intended folders.
Updated a vulnerable dependency: A vulnerable HTTP client dependency was upgraded.

Persistent version warning: The app now shows a persistent warning when a supported version is out of date, with update instructions or administrator contact details depending on deployment.
TID on radar view: The radar view now shows the TID at the bottom.

Signal strength updates: The local signal indicator now shows an empty bar graph with a red slash when the tracker is not locally present or the last notification is more than 30 seconds old. (MOB-1372)
New version warning: A persistent warning now appears when a newer app version is available.
Tracker details in radar view: The radar screen now shows the tracker ID and tracker icon at the bottom, and the tracker ID is copyable.

EID refresh in Internal Tracker UI: The EID field on Tracker Details now refreshes correctly.
Own tracker signal icon: The crossed-out RSSI icon no longer appears for your own internal tracker, and remains available for external trackers.
Map filters: Removing one of the Assigned or Unassigned map filters now clears only that filter.
